Booking appointment via email or text: You will be given appointment time/date please confirm this appointment. Please reply back to us within 24hrs or your appointment time/date will be given to another client Thank You for your consideration.

After you have scheduled your session appointment, either a Pay Pal bill (credit card) will be sent to you via email or text, or send your money order payment along with your name, your phone number, email and your appointment time/date to: Karen Ferreira our mailing address will be provided. A confirmation will be sent to you when your payment has been received. Thank you !

To confirm/hold your session appointment time, all payments are due (minimum) 24 hours prior to your appointment time Thank You !

Refunds & Cancellations : Your appointment can be rescheduled or canceled at anytime, please send us a email. If you have paid twice in error by credit card we will automatically refund you. If you would like to cancel your appointment and request a refund we will honor your request. If for any reason a session is interrupted and is stopped you be refunded for the time left, you will not receive a full session refund. Please note all refunds there is a processing fee of $10.00. Please note we are charged this processing fee by pay pal or credit card/bank and not by us. Thank you !
